Papdi Chaat
Papdi chaat is one of the popular Indian street foods. Crispy flat puris are topped with potatoes, onion, chutneys and sev.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- Papdi – 25 to 30
- Potatoes (boiled, peeled and finely cubed) – 2 medium size
- Onion (finely chopped) – 1 medium size
- Sweetened yogurt – 1 cup (optional)
- Dates & Tamarind Chutney – 4 to 6 tbsp
- Green Chutney-2 to 3 tbsp
- Red chutney– 2 tbsp
- Nylon Sev – 4 to 6 tbsp
- Black salt – 1/4 tsp
- Lemon – 1/2
- Coriander leaves – for garnishing (optional)
Procedure:
- Take a plate and place papdi on it.
- Place potato and onion on them.
- Drizzle yogurt and chutneys.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and black salt.
- Sprinkle nylon sev.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
