Red Chutney
Red Chutney is one of the chutneys used in the preparation of chaat.
Ingredients:
- Kashmiri chillies – 8 to 10
- Garlic cloves – 6 – 8
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Procedure:
- Soak red chillies in lukewarm water for at least half an hour.
- Grind all the ingredients and make a fine paste.
- Use in the preparation of chaat.
- It can be refrigerated for a few days.
