Mango Mastani
‘Mastani’ is a milkshake with same flavoured ice-cream. It is a Pune speciality.
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- Alphonso mangoes – 2
- Milk (cold) – 200 ml
- Sugar – 2 tbsp or as per your requirement
- Ice cubes – 4 to 6
- Mango ice-cream – 2 scoops
- Mango cubes – for garnish
Procedure:
- Wash mangoes. Cut them and collect pulp in a juicer jar.
- Add milk, sugar and ice cubes and blend well.
- Pour in a glass and top up with ice-cream.
- Garnish with mango cubes.
- Serve chilled.
