Pimprechi Karam (Cucumber Salad)
Measurement: 1 Cup = 180 ml
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- Cucumber (peeled & diced) – 1 medium
- Coconut (Scrapped) – 1/2 cup
- Green chilly – 1
- Water – 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Grind coconut and green chilly with water to a fine paste.
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Serve as an accompaniment to the main course.
