Beetroot Raita
Ingredients:
- Beetroot (boiled, peeled and grated) – 2 small
- Yoghurt – 1/2 cup
- Green chilly (chopped) – 1
- Sugar – 1 to 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/3 tsp
- Ghee/oil – 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Take mixing bowl and mix beetroot, yoghurt, sugar, green chillies and salt.
- Mix well and give it a tempering of cumin seeds in ghee/oil.
- Serve as a side dish.
