Harvya Kaanyacho Kuvall (Raw Onion Coconut Curry)
Measurement: 1 Cup = 180 ml
Serves: 3
Ingredients:
- Freshly scrapped coconut – 1 cup
- Red chillies – 2
- Peppercorns – 15
- Tamarind – 2 to 3 tsp
- Water – 3/4 cup
- Onion (chopped) – 1 small
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Grind all the ingredients except onion with 1/2 a cup water to a fine paste.
- Pour it in the serving bowl and add remaining water and stir well.
- Add raw onion at the time of serving.
- Serve with steamed rice.
