Stuffed Papad Cones
Makes: 6 to 8
Ingredients:
- Onion (chopped) 1 small
- Tomato (chopped) 1 small
- Paneer/cheese (finely cubed) 2 tbsp
- Boiled corn or any steamed vegetable 2 tbsp
- Sprouts (slightly steamed) moong/chickpeas/matki one of these 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves (finely chopped) 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder a pinch
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp ghee for frying paneer
- Papads 3-4
- Slightly shallow fry paneer (it shouldn’t turn brown).
- Take a mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients numbering 1to 9.
- Cut papad into two halves.
- Roast papad and immediately shape into cone.
- Stuff the cones with prepared salad.
- Serve immediately.
